Our Story

Venture + Philanthropy began with a deep belief that business growth and generous impact belong together.

After decades of building, advising, and serving organizations across business, technology, ministry, nonprofit, and community leadership, we saw a recurring need:

Mission-driven leaders often have vision, passion, and opportunity but lack the strategic clarity, leadership capacity, and aligned support needed to scale impact sustainably.Venture + Philanthropy was created to meet that need.

We help founders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, social enterprises, and board leaders clarify strategy, strengthen leadership, build purpose-driven communities, and measure meaningful impact—so growth becomes a vehicle for generosity, service, and enduring legacy.

This is the heart of Grow to Give: helping leaders build organizations that succeed not only through what they achieve but also through what they multiply in others.

Meet the Founder | Andrew Rauch

Growth Strategist | Legacy Steward | Servant Leader

Andrew Rauch founded Venture + Philanthropy to help mission-driven leaders grow with purpose, lead with courage, and give with impact.

His work is built on a simple conviction: growth is stewardship. When organizations grow well, they create opportunity, develop leaders, serve customers more effectively, strengthen communities, and increase their capacity for meaningful generosity.

Andrew brings nearly 30 years of experience across B2B services, software engineering, consulting, coaching, venture development, and philanthropy. He has served as an executive, advisor, coach, mentor, board member, and builder of growth-oriented organizations across the United States, LATAM, Asia, and Eastern Europe. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue growth, sales, marketing, client experience, leadership development, organizational alignment, and generosity.

Andrew’s story is deeply personal. His most meaningful life moments have come when responsibility became stewardship: accepting Christ as Lord, helping form and lead ministries, serving as a founding elder, walking through adoption, blessing his children in significant life moments, building high-performing teams, serving through search and rescue, and launching Be the Bison as a platform for courageous leadership.

Those story points reveal a consistent pattern: Andrew is most alive when he is building redemptive capacity in people, families, teams, ministries, organizations, and communities.

One formative chapter of Andrew’s career was helping lead growth at iTexico, where the team built and executed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, strengthened market positioning, developed revenue planning disciplines, and aligned people, process, and resources for scale. During that journey, the organization expanded from roughly 50 to more than 500 team members and helped generate more than $200 million in cumulative revenue impact.

The deeper story, however, was never just revenue. Growth created the opportunity to invest in talent, infrastructure, education, local communities, and the next generation of leaders. It reinforced Andrew’s belief that strong organizations can become platforms for generosity, human flourishing, and long-term legacy.

A central message in Andrew’s current work is Be the Bison. The bison does not run from the storm; it turns toward it. Andrew believes leaders are called to do the same—with faith, resilience, clarity, humility, and conviction.

Andrew is a first-generation American who came to the United States from Austria at age four and grew up in New York before making Texas home. He and his wife, Sabrina—known lovingly as Sunshine—live in Dripping Springs, Texas, and have three adult children.

Grow with Purpose. Lead with Courage. Give with Impact.
